follow along as I get myself into all sorts of trouble

I know I missed last week and that’s my fault. With all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I simply forgot to write even an update :)

That leads me to this week’s tip:

Stay committed.

Since the holiday season is upon us, we all tend to relax in our workout routines and lose focus. For one reason or another, we tend to make up excuses why we don’t have to exercise during the sandwiched holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. I understand completely. The weather is getting colder, there’s a lot of delicious food to eat and it’s just enjoyable to spend time with friends and family. You don’t have to do a lot, go jogging or spend a day shopping (the hours on your feet and walking around is exercise enough). The worst things to do are gorge on food and do nothing for a month. As tempting as that can be, you will lose everything you worked for up to that point. You will have wasted all your muscle, cardio, toning – whatever. You will have to start nearly from scratch – I doubt any of us would want that.

So let’s make an agreement. You stay committed and focused and I will do the same – and keep up on my blogging. Deal? Deal.

The flash program is fairly simple in design and pretty straight forward as far as functionality. It’s design premise is geared more towards classroom review [...]

Spam-A-Lot

In my ever constant vigilance against comment and blog spam, I stumbled across Project Honeypot and found some interesting techniques to prevent spambots from harvesting your email. The technique is called “Address Munging” and there are many ways to implement email obfuscation. Apparently, some of these techniques will block up to 85% of the current [...]

Ouch! Didn’t that Hurt? Yes… yes it did.

I was watching Rumble in the Bronx the other day and if you’ve seen it you know that during the end credits there is a gag reel showing some of the funny things that happen and also the dangerous stunts that are performed. Recently, I also watched Chocolate, a Thai action movie with advanced stunt [...]
